Orders containing only non-perishable items ship on the same or next business day
Orders containing perishable items (cheeses, frozen goods, meats) may be delayed until the following Monday depending on your location in order to ensure rapid delivery.
We ensure that all orders are properly packaged to guarantee that you receive your goods in perfect condition.
If you receive a package that has been damaged during transit, please take photos and e-mail us right away: eurofoodhub@gmail.com
Please note: we are not responsible for lost, stolen or spoiled packages left outside. You will be provided with tracking/delivery updates, so it is critical that you retrieve your package right away upon delivery and place any perishable items in the refrigerator/freezer.

We offer local delivery within 20 mile radius from our warehouse
After placing your order you will be able to select a delivery date. We deliver Monday-Friday from 12pm-7pm, Saturdays 12pm-2pm. You may guarantee your same-day delivery by placing an order by 10am. Otherwise, delivery can be made as soon as the next business day or another day that works for you.

After you place your order you will be prompted to select a pickup day/time.
Our warehouse is available for pickup only by appointment.
Pickup slots are provided in 1 hour increments. You have an hour to pick up your order, or let us know if anything changes.
